Home Course
You will engage in six weeks of intensive training to master the business and the art of bartending.  Unlike other
bartending courses, this expert class is designed from three points of view:  the bartender, the customer and the
manager.

Knowing the history of liquor will not help you sell more liquor, but knowing how to quickly build the perfect cocktail
with a smile on your face will impress the masses and keep them coming back.  Keeping in mind that the goal is to
make tips, please the customer and boost profits, this Master’s course can turn anyone into a professional
bartender.  If you want to be at the top of the game, consider this course as your means of instruction.  Competition
is fierce, but not if you’re better than the rest.

It is admirable to make an attempt to be different, cutting-edge or trendy in crafting cocktails.  But where most bars
miss the mark is in remaining efficient and profitable, while also being innovative.

Led by industry veteran Kellie Nicholson, you will rarely have the opportunity to learn from someone with her
knowledge and experience.  Nicholson has been a bartender, manager, consultant and instructor in the beverage
business for 30 years.  She not only shares her expertise in the bar business, but she also uses her talents as a
life coach to bring out the best in everyone, while delivering the information in an entertaining and comprehensive
manner.  Not just a bartender, Nicholson uses the most current methods of instruction to help students retain and
understand the wealth of material.

With great pride we are honored to have a respected wine expert, beer specialist, liquor guide and representative
of the ABC join us to instruct in their areas of expertise, also.  There is no more thorough or effective bartending
course.
